The following hotels are offering a special group rate to New York State History Day participants and their families. The rate schedule is listed below, and do not include applicable room tax of 10%. Please make your reservation directly with the hotel by calling the phone number provided by April 9, 2010 to obtain the special rates.

Trolley Transportation
During New York State History Day - April 30, 2010 - there will be a free shuttle running between judging sites from 8:30am until 4:30pm.The shuttle will have stops at The Farmers' Museum (registration), the Fenimore Art Museum, the Otesaga Hotel (lower entrance off the parking lot), and the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. The shuttle stops will be marked by a white sign and pick-ups happen approximately every 15 minutes. |
