2010 Regional Contest

Location: Soule Road Middle School: 8340 Soule Road, Liverpool, NY 13090
Registration Deadline: Friday, February 12, 2010
Registration Fee: $5 per student
Entry Limitations: None
Notes: Parents, Mentoring Teachers and Friends are welcome.
Tentative Contest Schedule (subject to change)
- 8:00 am - 12:00 pm: Contest Registration
- 8:00 am - 9:00 am: Exhibit set-up - ALL exhibits must be set up by 9:00am
- 9:00 am - 12:00 pm: Judging of all Entries
- 12:00 pm - 1:30pm: Exhibit hall opens for public viewing
- 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm: Run-off judging. Students do not need to be present for run-off judging. Junior exhibit hall will close to the public.
- 2:30 pm: Theatrical Performance (optional)
- 2:30 pm - 3:00 pm: Exhibit tear-down
- 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Award Ceremony
Tentative Judging Schedules
The tentative judging schedules are available below. Please note that these judging times are subject to change, and students need to check in at the registration desk to receive their final judging schedule. All exhibit entries MUST be set up prior to 9:00am; students competiting in other categories must arrive at their judging location at least 30 minutes before their judging time.
